WSQ Prepare Mise En Place 2
On completion of this unit, the learner will have knowledge and application skills in preparing mise en place and be able to apply them to the workplace. This includes:
- Preparing spices and seasonings
- Stuffing food
- Breading and battering food
- Marinating food
- Preparing aromatics (mirepoix, matignon)
Theory and practical assessments will be conducted.
Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded the WSQ Prepare Mise En Place 2 SOA issued by WDA.
